Premier Property Management is a Connecticut-based company formed in 2001. We provide turnkey property management services to community associations and commercial property investors, with a concentration on delivering a high level of service. Our service area consists of the greater New England area, although we do extend services to customers outside of this area on a select basis.

The primary focus of our work with client properties consists of three key areas: business operations, maintenance and security, and maximizing investment returns with prudent financial management.

Premier pays careful attention to Global trends and invests accordingly to ensure Premier is moving forward with the rest of the world! So far Premier has implemented full service resident portals, online payments, virtual meetings and have the abilities to reach residents via Text or Robo Calls!  Our office also uses top of the line software to automate workflows like property inspections and accounting!
