I have to say that this past week after the tropical storm there was a couple trees that came down and the very next day Premier maintenance was at the property making sure everything was cleaned up."
"We've had Premier for several years and have had no issues. They've been responsive + timely. Board meetings are kept in hand when some of the unruly residents start rabble rousing. I'm pretty specific about the way I want things done and have never had a problem. You will always have residents who complain about everything - even when the way the sun shines - and they take it out on the property manager. Overall, my experience has been pleasant and professional.

My condominium building has been managed by Premier for about a year. They came into a very difficult situation and persevered. They are a great company to work with. Our property manager, Morgan, has been wonderful, very responsive, and very professional. Our building has never had the attention it now has.
I had an issue with basement flooding and they responded quickly and resolved the problem despite the fact that it was not during business hours. I was extremely pleased with their superior service and prompt response to my issue. I would highly recommend this company. They truly are a "Premier" property management company!!
We've had Premier as our property manager for several years. They have always responded promptly to any issues, including emergencies (such as no heat). Lived in this complex for 20 years and had several terrible managers before Premier who were not responsive and impossible to contact.
